Contact and experience inquiries
The name, email address, optional phone and company details you submit to Kahveye Yönelik, together with your chosen experience, group size and message, are used to review and respond to your inquiry. The time of your consent and submission is also recorded.
Please do not include sensitive information unrelated to your inquiry. The form does not take a payment or create a confirmed booking. Authorized administrators review requests in the management panel.
Hosting and security
This website runs on Cloudflare Workers. Inquiry and administration records are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database. The hosting infrastructure may process network and request information to deliver the site, maintain security and investigate technical problems.
Administrator sign-in uses a secure session cookie. Passwords are stored using a strong one-way hash. Request frequency is monitored to limit abuse. These technical functions are separate from optional advertising measurement.
Cookies and browser preferences
Your analytics and advertising preferences are saved in your browser’s local storage. You can reopen them using the “Cookie preferences” link at the bottom of the page. Choosing “Essential only” keeps optional measurement tools disabled.
Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel are loaded only when enabled in site settings and when you have consented to the relevant category. Active integrations may measure page views and successful inquiry submissions. Third-party tags may transmit information to their providers. The scope of tags added through Google Tag Manager depends on the published container configuration.
Withdrawing a preference reloads the page and prevents tools in that category from being started again. This does not recall information already transmitted to third parties. You can remove previously stored cookies through your browser’s site data settings.
Managing your information
You can request a review, correction or deletion of the information in your inquiry. Include the email address used for your original submission and enough detail for the request to be located. Additional information may be requested to verify your identity before information is disclosed.
Inquiry records can be deleted by an administrator. The site does not currently apply an automatic expiry rule to inquiry records.
